SANTA BARBARA COUNTY, CA. –  An EVACUATION ORDER EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY Jan. 9, 2023 for the following areas due to threats to life safety caused by the ongoing storm:

SHELTER IN PLACE REMAINS IN PLACE for ALISAL FIRE Burn Scar and identified properties in CAVE FIRE burn scar pending further notification.

An Evacuation Center is open at the Wake Center, 300 N. Turnpike Rd, Santa Barbara.
